Home irons or basic handheld heat presses (like Cricut EasyPress) often fail to reach the necessary pressure or temperature consistency, which can lead to peeling, cracking, or poor durability after washing.

Absolutely. Every transfer we ship is fully powdered and cured using our high-end professional equipment. When you receive your package, you can take the transfers directly from the box and press them onto your garments immediately—no additional powdering or curing steps are required on your end.

To ensure the highest print quality and sharpest details, we recommend providing transparent PNG files with a resolution of 300 DPI. We also accept PSD, AI, PDF, and EPS files. Please ensure your background is completely removed and your artwork is print-ready to avoid any production delays.

Our advanced roll printing system allows for massive gang sheets designed to maximize your value. The maximum width is 22 inches, and you can create a single continuous sheet up to 240 inches (20 feet) long. We use high-performance CMYK inks and advanced ICC color profiles to ensure vibrant and accurate results. While we strive for the closest match possible to your original design, please note that colors may look slightly different on your computer screen (RGB) compared to the final printed product on fabric (CMYK).

For best results, press your garment at 300–320°F (150–160°C) for 15 seconds with firm pressure. Allow the film to cool COMPLETELY (Cold Peel) before removing it. After peeling, place a piece of parchment paper or a Teflon sheet over the print and repress for another 5–10 seconds to lock the print into the fabric fibers.

Our DTF prints are incredibly durable and are rated to last for 50 or more laundry cycles if applied correctly. To maximize the life of your apparel, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and drying on a low-heat setting. Avoid using bleach or oxygen-based cleaners directly on the printed area.
