Simply:

1. Position the transfer on your garment
2. Use a heat press to apply
3. Peel — either hot or cold!

Heat Press Settings:

• Temperature: 139°C / 282°F
• Pressure: Medium
• Time: 9 seconds for cotton/50-50, 6 seconds for polyester
• Peel: Hybrid (hot or cold)
  
• Pro Tip: After peeling, press again with parchment paper for 5 seconds to enhance durability.
