Refund & Reprint Policy – DTF Orange County

At DTF Orange County, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, please reach out to us — we’ll do our best to make things right.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge our shipping, return, and refund policies.


✅ Refunds & Reprints (30-Day Policy)

We offer a 30-day refund and reprint window from the day you receive your order.

  • If there is a print quality issue or a problem with transfer adhesion, we’ll happily reprint the item at no extra cost.

  • However, refunds or reprints cannot be granted due to low-resolution or poorly prepared files. Please ensure your designs meet our file guidelines before submitting.

  • For any other refund or reprint requests, management approval is required.

🛠 For DTF Transfers or UV DTF orders, please double-check that your file was formatted correctly according to our design specifications before submitting a claim.


📦 Shipping & Address Accuracy

Before completing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with all submitted details — review this carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • Blank drinkware may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Include your Order Number inside the return package and ship to the following address:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund promptly upon approval.

  • Blank orders shipped outside the continental U.S. are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is posted.

  3. Reach out to your bank — processing delays can occur.

  4. If you've completed all of the above and still don’t see your refund, contact us directly so we can assist you.
