What is DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing?
DTF printing is a digital print process where designs are printed on a special film, coated with adhesive powder, cured, and then heat-pressed onto fabric. It supports full-color, high-resolution graphics on almost any garment.
What materials can your DTF transfers be applied to?
Our transfers work on cotton, polyester, blends, tri-blends, canvas, denim, tote bags, and even leather or other specialty materials.
Do I need a heat press to use your transfers?
Yes. A quality heat press is necessary for proper application. Home irons and Cricut machines typically do not provide the consistent pressure and temperature required.
Are your transfers pre-powdered and ready to press?
Absolutely. All our transfers arrive fully powdered and cured—no additional steps needed.
What file types and resolution do you accept?
We prefer 300 DPI PNG files with transparent backgrounds. We also accept PSD, TIFF, AI, PDF, and EPS files. Make sure your artwork is print-ready.
Do you offer gang sheet printing?
Yes, we accept pre-designed gang sheets and also offer a free online gang sheet builder for easy upload and layout optimization.
What is the largest gang sheet size you can print?
Our current maximum gang sheet size is 22 inches wide by up to 240 inches (20 feet) long.
Can I print a design with fine details and gradients?
Yes. Our printers use high-quality CMYK inks that capture fine lines, small text, gradients, shadows, and photo-level detail.
Will the colors on my screen match the print exactly?
While we calibrate for consistency, slight color differences may occur due to screen calibration and CMYK print limitations.
Do you offer white underbase for dark garments?
Yes. All transfers include a solid white underbase to ensure vibrant, opaque prints on dark or colored fabrics.
Can I apply your transfers on hats or irregular surfaces?
With proper heat press equipment and attention to pressure and temperature, you can apply to various surfaces. Contact us for recommendations.
ORDERING & DESIGN SUPPORT
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. We have no minimums—order one sheet or one hundred.
Can I reorder the same design easily?
Yes. We store recent uploads for easy reordering. Just reference your past order or file name when contacting us.
Do you offer design services or file cleanup?
We offer basic file checks. For advanced edits, we can refer you to trusted graphic designers.
What if I upload the wrong file or make a mistake?
Contact us immediately. Once production begins, changes can’t be made. We recommend double-checking your files before uploading.
How do I know my file was received correctly?
You'll receive an order confirmation with details. If there are issues, our team will contact you before proceeding.
APPLICATION & WASHING
What are the recommended heat press settings?
Press at 300–320°F for 15 seconds using medium pressure. Let cool, peel cold, then repress with parchment paper for 5–10 seconds.
Should I cold peel or hot peel?
All of our transfers are cold peel unless otherwise specified.
How long will the prints last?
When properly applied and cared for, prints can withstand 50+ washes without fading or cracking.
What are the best practices for washing garments with DTF prints?
Wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach or fabric softeners, and tumble dry on low heat.
Can I dry clean DTF-printed garments?
No. Dry cleaning chemicals may damage the transfer. Stick to machine or hand washing only.

What is your standard turnaround time?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours (business days). Orders placed before the daily cutoff may ship same-day.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping speed depends on the option you select at checkout.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Yes, for in-stock or ready-to-ship items placed before our cutoff time. Contact us for same-day rush availability.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive an automated tracking link via email once your order ships.
What are your shipping rates?
Rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

RETURNS, LIABILITY & SUPPORT
What is your return or reprint policy?
Due to the custom nature of DTF printing, we do not offer returns. However, we reprint defective or incorrect orders at no charge if reported within 5 days. You can check our return&refund page.
